Information we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, phone number and company
- the service you ask about, your suburb and state, and the project or equipment details you describe
- your confirmation that we may use those details to respond
Please do not include sensitive information, such as health information, in the enquiry form unless we have asked you for it. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply to you, prepare a quote, arrange the requested service, and keep a record of that correspondence. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
We share enquiry details with people in our team who need them to respond. Enquiries sent through the form are emailed to us by our website hosting provider. We may also share information with a contractor where that is needed to carry out the service you asked for, or where the law requires it.
Storage and security
We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond, provide the service, and meet our record-keeping duties. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing sales@axiomassure.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
